Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Free Website Audit (the "Service"), a free interactive website audit scorecard and lead scoring calculator operated by [Legal entity, TODO] ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service or joining its waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Free Website Audit provides free, informational tools: an interactive 12-point scorecard that helps you assess a website's lead-generation gaps, and a lead scoring calculator that helps you weigh prospect buying signals. Both run entirely in your own browser. The Service does not access, crawl, or modify any website on your behalf. You provide the judgment; the tools simply tally and present a result.

2. Guidance, not a guarantee

The scorecard, the calculator, and any content on this site are provided for general informational purposes. They reflect a practical checklist and a weighted model, not professional, legal, or financial advice, and they do not guarantee any particular business outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions and for independently verifying anything before you act on it.

3. Your responsibilities

By using the Service you agree that you will:

• Use the tools only on information you are permitted to assess, such as publicly available web pages.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when prospecting, contacting businesses, or otherwise acting on what you learn.
• Not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.
• Not resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service, or remove or alter any notices contained in it.

4. Free access

The Service is currently offered for free and may make an automated version available through a waitlist before general release. Because the Service is free and provided as-is, we may change, limit, pause, or discontinue any part of it at any time without liability to you.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or that any result it produces is correct. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, or your reliance on any result it produces.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free Service, is zero) or one hundred US dollars.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law
